Ordered the wrong section? It happens — excavators use several harness sections per machine and the numbers are close. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.

The rules, short version

• 30 days to tell us, harness unused and in original packaging
• Refund of the part price, or swap for the correct section (price difference settled either way)
• Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the mistake was ours (wrong part shipped, damaged in transit)
• Contact us on WhatsApp first for an RMA number — parcels without one are delayed at customs

Before you return — 5 minutes that usually saves the return

Most "wrong part" returns turn out to be a section mix-up on the same machine. Send us a photo of the tag on your old harness before posting anything back: if the correct section is already in our catalogue, we swap you straight to it and you only pay the difference, not the freight twice.

Refund timing

Refunds go back through the original payment channel (PayPal or bank transfer) within 3 working days of the returned harness reaching our warehouse. PayPal refunds are usually visible the same day.
