Engine Wiring Harness for Komatsu 200-10 excavator. OEM part 6755-81-9311. Direct replacement.
Fits the Komatsu 200-10 Excavator. This is the only section ECS currently lists for this machine, so confirm the part number on your old harness against 6755-81-9311 before ordering.
This harness is one part sold under one number. Suppliers and parts books write it differently — you may see it as 6755-81-9311, 6755819311. They are all the same part; the number on the tag of your old harness is what settles the order.
If the tag shows a different number entirely, do not order by eye — send us a photo of it on WhatsApp and we will match it against the catalogue before anything ships.
It runs inside the engine compartment, clipped along the block and head and routed past the front cover. On most machines it is the longest harness on the engine side and the one closest to exhaust heat.
| What the operator reports | Why the harness fits that symptom |
|---|---|
| Intermittent misfire or a dead cylinder | Often dismissed as an injector until the harness is swapped and the fault follows the loom. |
| Hard starting, or dies when hot | Resistance rises with temperature in a damaged run. Runs fine cold, fails once the engine is at operating temperature. |
| Sensor codes with good sensors | A single bad run can make two or three sensors read implausibly at once. |
| Derate or power loss under load | The ECM protects the engine when an input drops out mid-load. |
| Fault appears only on rough ground | A chafed run that touches ground intermittently, usually at a clip or a bend. |
These are circuit-level symptoms, not a diagnosis. The same behaviour can come from a sensor, an ECM input or a mechanical fault — the checks below are how you tell them apart.
